Delhi has the densest ethanol-free coverage in India by a wide margin, split almost evenly between BPCL Speed 100 and Indian Oil XP100, with a handful of HPCL poWer100 outlets alongside. Coverage extends well past the city proper, with stations in Noida only a few kilometres from the eastern edge, so the practical catchment is larger than the count alone suggests.
